Rooibos is complimented perfectly by this aromatic blend of vanilla and spices.

Tip - we like to crush the star anise a little before infusing.

 

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 8-10 minutes at 100°C.

Ingredients: rooibos, cinnamon pieces, star anise, flavouring, jasmine flowers.
