This 18th Century tea blend is a mix of pine smoked Lapsang Souchong and Taiwanese Formosa Oolong. A tribute to the 6000 mile journey made by camel-drawn caravans transporting teas from China to Moscow. The soft, earthy flavours of oolong are balanced perfectly with a hint of smoke reminiscent of the campfires that would originally and unavoidably scent the tea leaves.
Use a level teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 3-5 minutes at 100°C.
