Hikari Matcha is a luminous, carefully balanced blend of four prized cultivars: Okumidori, Yutakamidori, Yabukita, and Saemidori, each contributing unique depth and character to this exceptional ceremonial grade matcha.
Shade grown and harvested in spring, this matcha is stone milled to a fine, vivid green powder with a creamy texture and rich umami body. The result is a cup that is incredibly smooth and mellow, with layers of natural sweetness, delicate vegetal notes, and a silky finish that lingers beautifully. Its striking colour and well rounded flavour make it ideal for traditional preparation or as a luxurious daily ritual.

Use 2-4g of powder and 70-80 ml of water at 75-80°C. Whisk in an M shape until frothy.
