This fruity infusion is bursting with flavour. Juicy honeydew melon and hibiscus are the predominant tastes. Try it cold brewed too.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 10-12 minutes at 100°C.
Ingredients: hibiscus, honeydew melon cubes (honeydew melon, sugar), grapes, pineapple flakes, papaya flakes, mango flakes, flavouring.
A 10g sample will make 3 250ml cups of tea.
