YERBA MATE CONTAINS CAFFEINE
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.
Ingredients: Brazilian yerba mate, hibiscus blossoms, nettle, rose hip peel, safflower, liquorice root, natural blood orange flavouring.
