There are so many versions of the traditional Earl Grey blend. In ours, the deep flavours of Yunnan, mellow Keemun and the brightness of Ceylon create the perfect base for the sweet and citrusy taste of bergamot.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 3-5 minutes at 100°C.
Ingredients: black tea, natural bergamot oil.
An 20g taster will make 10 250ml cups of tea.
