White Peony or "Pai Mu Tan" is organically grown in the province of Fujian. Only the youngest leaves on the plant are used. After picking the leaves are simply left to dry, making this the most unprocessed tea in our selection. The liquor is pale amber, the taste is mild and fresh with floral notes.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup, the leaves can be infused up to three times.
