This famous tea is grown in the eastern province of Zhejiang. Also known as "Dragon Fountain Tea", its name originates from a legend about a rain-bringing dragon. The liquor is pale yellow, with a light fruity taste.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 1-3 minutes at 75-80°C.
A 15g taster will make 8 250g cups of tea.
