Chamomile is sweet, mild and soothing.  Typically it is drunk in the evening as it is renowned for its relaxing properties.  It is also said to help with nausea, cramps and indigestion.

 

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.
