This simple blend of Elderflower and Thai Butterfly Pea Flower is sweet and aromatic. The infusion is a deep turquoise, and when citrus is added it turns bright purple! We like to serve it on ice with a dash of sugar syrup and slices of lemon.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.
Ingredients: elderflower and butterfly pea flower.
A 5g sample will make 2 250ml cups of tea.
