Burdock Root is an ancient Chinese remedy.  It can potentially help with many ailments including digestion, skin problems, relieving inflammation and lowering blood pressure.

The taste is strong and earthy with sweet hints of liquorice.

 

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.
