Golden Assam Breakfast Blend

A breakfast blend made from Golden Tipped B.O.P. Assam and Ceylon B.O.P. teas for a refined, yet bold and hearty choice.  The Assam brings a deeply malty flavour with natural sweetness and hints of caramel or honey, contributing a smooth, comforting foundation to the blend.  The Ceylon BOP provides a sharp, brisk character with citrusy and slightly floral notes. It adds a refreshing lift and prevents the tea from becoming too heavy.  This breakfast blend is light enough to drink throughout the day if you like.  This is best drunk with milk, but with a light steep it could be drunk without.

Use a level teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 3-5 minutes at 100°C.
