Named after an ancient Chinese grading system, Poppy Formosa Oolong semi fermented tea is of a high grade. Its flavour is malty with a smooth finish and mild sweetness, along with a hint of earthiness that pairs well with sweet snacks. Furthermore, these leaves are suitable for multiple infusions.

 

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 2-3 minutes at 80-90°C.

Ingredients: oolong tea.

A 20g sample will make up to 10 250ml cups of tea.
