Named after an ancient Chinese grading system, Poppy Formosa Oolong is of a high grade. Its flavour is malty with a smooth finish and mild sweetness, along with a hint of earthiness that pairs well with sweet snacks. Further, these leaves are suitable for multiple infusions.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 2-3 minutes at 80-90°C.
Ingredients: oolong tea.
A 10g sample will make 4 250ml cups of tea.
