This oolong from Taiwan is produced in the summer harvest. The tea has an amber liquor that tastes soft with a hint of chestnut, it blends perfectly with the citrus and sweet scent of orange blossom.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.
Infuse for 2-3 minutes at 80-90°C.
Ingredients: oolong tea, orange peel, natural flavouring.
A 10g sample will make 4 250ml cups of tea.
