White Peony is organically grown in the province of Fujian. Only the youngest leaves on the plant are used. After picking the leaves are simply left to dry, making this the most unprocessed tea we have on the menu. The liquor is a pale amber, the taste is mild and fresh with floral notes.
Use a heaped teaspoon per cup, the leaves can be infused up to three times.
Infuse for 1-3 minutes at 75-80°C.
A 4g sample will make 2 250ml cups of tea.
