Infusing lemongrass makes for a sweet, refreshing brew bursting with citronella. This particular variety is from Thailand. It is said that lemongrass is antibacterial, so is perfect for oral or throat complaints. It is also full of antioxidants, can be used as an anti-inflammatory and could even lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
A 5g sample will make 2-3 250ml cups of tea.
